Terms & Conditions — vit555 Official Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1  By creating an Account, depositing funds, or using any part of the vit555 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2  These Terms apply to all visits to and uses of the vit555 platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any application made available by vit555.

2.3  If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In all other cases, "you" refers solely to the individual Player.

3.1  To be eligible to register and use the vit555 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vit555 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming and player protection.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the applicable laws governing your personal situation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently active on the vit555 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of vit555 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or technology providers.

3.2  vit555 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate an Account pending satisfactory verification. Accounts opened in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed without notice, and any balances may be forfeited in full.

4.1  Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on vit555. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2  When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.4  vit555 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4.5  KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time vit555 deems appropriate in its risk management procedures, vit555 will request that you complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Required documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank account statement showing your name, e-wallet screenshot).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months) — required for higher withdrawal tiers.

4.6  Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by vit555 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1  All deposits and withdrawals on vit555 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vit555 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, you are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.2  The following payment methods are currently supported on the vit555 platform:

5.3  Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions. vit555 does not guarantee processing within these windows and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, national bank systems, or force majeure events.

5.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• vit555 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering procedures.

5.5  vit555 implements anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with internationally recognized financial crime prevention standards. Transactions that vit555 reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.1  vit555 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the applicable promotion page, which take precedence over these general Bonus Terms in the event of conflict.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover or turnover) that must be completed before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are stated on each promotion page.

6.3  Bonus funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately in your wallet. Real Money Funds are staked before Bonus Funds by default unless a promotion states otherwise.

6.4  The following conduct will render a Player ineligible for bonuses and may result in forfeiture of any existing bonus balance and associated winnings:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" against bonus terms).
• Colluding with other Players to exploit promotion mechanics.
• Placing bets on low-variance outcomes or restricted game types to meet wagering requirements where prohibited by promotion rules.

6.5  vit555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.

7.1  All bets placed on vit555's Sportsbook are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed during browsing are indicative only.

7.2  vit555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed after the official result was known (late betting); system or human error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being published; or the integrity of the event is under investigation.

7.3  Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection had not been included. 7.4  Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Each game outcome is independent of previous results. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published on the individual game information pages.

7.5  Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn by independent draw operators and published on the vit555 platform. vit555 acts as a betting intermediary; it does not operate or influence the draw process. Settlement is based on officially published results.

7.6  vit555 operates in-play (live) betting on selected sporting events. In-play odds are updated frequently; network latency may result in a bet being accepted at odds that have since changed. vit555 reserves the right to reject in-play bets that are received after a material change in the event situation that has not yet been reflected in the odds display.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vit555 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling vit555 to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s) and forfeit any balance therein:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation — Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using forged documentation during registration or KYC.
• Collusion — Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer games.
• Arbitrage Betting — Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies between vit555 and other operators to lock in guaranteed profit, commonly carried out using automated software or bots.
• Use of Automated Software — Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering — Using the vit555 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or reversal of a deposit through your bank or payment provider without first contacting vit555 support.
• Account Sharing — Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including sharing login credentials with family members or friends.
• Technical Exploitation — Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8.2  vit555 employs fraud detection systems, behavioral analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviors may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

9.1  All content on the vit555 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of vit555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vit555 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the vit555 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.
• Use vit555 branding, trademarks, or logos in any external context, including social media, websites, or marketing materials, without explicit written authorization.

9.3  Any unauthorized use of vit555 intellectual property may result in legal action. vit555 actively monitors for trademark infringement and unauthorized reproduction of platform content.

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vit555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the vit555 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, platform downtime, or force majeure events.
• Interruption or delay in Services caused by telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, regulatory action, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by vit555 in good faith in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including voiding bets or suspending Accounts.

10.2  vit555's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10.3  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vit555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1  vit555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2  vit555 uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Sensitive financial information is processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. vit555 does not store full card or bank account numbers on its servers.

11.3  You have the right to request access to the personal data vit555 holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to vit555's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to the support email address provided in these Terms.

11.4  vit555 may share your data with third parties only where required by law, by its KYC/AML compliance obligations, or with game and payment technology providers under strict data processing agreements. vit555 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1  Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting vit555 support. Prior to closure, any pending bets must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements must be reviewed. Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

12.2  Suspension by vit555. vit555 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the platform or its users. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be restricted.

12.3  Permanent Termination. vit555 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or legal risk, or where a Player has been identified as self-excluded. Upon permanent termination for breach, vit555 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

12.4  Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform may request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and remain in force for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, vit555 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new Account.

13.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vit555 holds its international operating license. The application of any other national law is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

13.2  In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting vit555 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules.

13.3  Nothing in this clause prevents vit555 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13.4  If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

14.1  vit555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via an on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

14.2  The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the vit555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3  If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.1 prior to the effective date of the change.

15.2  All formal legal notices must be submitted in writing to the email address above with the subject line "Legal Notice — [Your Account Username]". vit555 will acknowledge receipt of formal legal notices within five (5) business days.
